It's not your ordinary Vacation Home!
THE GLEN, ONE OF A KIND
What makes The Glen unique is not one feature alone, but the way everything works together. The land, the design, the history, and the amenities all serve a single purpose. To create a place where guests can slow down, reconnect, and experience the mountains and God's Love in a deeper, more meaningful way.
HIDDEN HEAVEN
Tucked away in a quiet corner of the Rocky Mountains, The Glen sits within a secluded seven-acre valley surrounded by towering aspens, mature pines, granite rock formations, flowing water, ponds, and open meadows. Despite its privacy, the property remains just minutes from Woodland Park and nearby attractions.
Here, guests experience true separation from noise, crowds, and distraction while remaining conveniently close to town when needed.

BEAUTY IN DETAILS
Every structure, pathway, and outdoor space at The Glen was designed with purpose. This is not a repurposed cabin or a generic rental. It is a thoughtfully built retreat where craftsmanship, materials, and layout were chosen with guest comfort and experience in mind.
From the architecture to the smallest interior details, to interactive QR guest videos, everything was created to feel warm, functional, and refined while still honoring the natural mountain setting.
SPA & SAUNA
One of The Glen’s most unique features is its private spa and sauna experience. Built into nature and designed to be enjoyed year-round.
• Panoramic barrel sauna seating up to four guests
• Outdoor spa positioned for privacy and immersion
• Easy access from both cabins
• Ideal for morning relaxation or evening use under the stars
This is not a shared amenity or an afterthought. It is a core part of the retreat experience.
SUN DOWN, LIGHTS UP
As daylight fades, The Glen transforms. Thoughtful landscape and deck lighting allow guests to continue enjoying the property long after sunset.

Outdoor living spaces include:
• Firepit and lounge decks
• Multiple illuminated pathways and deck areas
• Spa and sauna access after dark

Evenings here are calm, atmospheric, and designed for connection, reflection, and rest.
STAY IN HISTORY
The Aspen House includes a carefully preserved and renovated homesteader’s cabin built over 125 years ago. This historic structure has been thoughtfully integrated into the modern retreat while honoring its original character and craftsmanship.

Guests experience the rare opportunity to stay within a living piece of local history without sacrificing comfort or quality.
2 CABINS 1 RETREAT
The Glen features two separate cabins, the Aspen House and the Willow House, allowing families or groups to enjoy togetherness while maintaining privacy.

This layout is ideal for:
• Families traveling together
• Multi-generational stays
• Friends seeking shared experiences with personal space
Few properties offer this balance of connection and separation within a single private setting.
A FAMILY CREATION
The Glen is a family designed, owned, and operated mountain retreat. It was designed and built by Matt, a local architect and home builder over 3 years opening in 2024. Now is cleaned, cared for, and lovingly maintained by the entire Cockroft family. We live just up the street and remain personally involved in every detail, from craftsmanship and upkeep to guest support and hospitality. This hands-on approach allows us to offer a level of care, responsiveness, and service that goes far beyond a typical vacation rental, ensuring every stay feels personal, thoughtful, and truly welcomed.
